These terms apply to all visitors and customers of Pre Loved Mia Grace Boutique, operated in New Zealand. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products

All items sold are pre-loved (second-hand) and are described as accurately as possible. As pre-owned garments, minor signs of wear may be present and are noted in product descriptions where applicable. All sales are final unless the item is significantly not as described.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. For international customers, prices are displayed in your local currency at checkout and are subject to exchange rates at the time of purchase.

4. Returns & Refunds

New Zealand customers: Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty or not as described. We will offer a refund, exchange, or store credit in such cases. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

EU customers: In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, EU-based customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without giving a reason. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

USA customers: We comply with applicable US consumer protection laws. If your item arrives damaged or significantly not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a resolution.

5. Shipping

We ship domestically within New Zealand and internationally. Shipping times and costs vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.

6. Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data is used solely for order processing and communication purposes and will never be sold to third parties. EU customers have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pre Loved Mia Grace Boutique is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
